Our Cockapoo Puppy Guarantee

Our Guarantee covers Hereditary Life-Threatening Health Diseases found within one year of birth. These medical conditions must be debilitating and life-threatening for the Guarantee to be valid. In addition, verification of health disease must be presented with a certified veterinary report.

Medical Conditions Covered by this Guarantee: Hereditary Liver shunt, Hereditary Heart disease, Hereditary Crippling Malformation of the hip joint only.

Medical Conditions Not Covered by this Guarantee (not limited to): internal parasites, external parasites, ear mites, ear infections, all types of hernias, kennel cough, allergies, immune deficiencies, epilepsy or seizures, muscle conditions, stomach or bowel problems, reactions to vaccination, parvovirus, distemper, Guardia, Coccidiosis, etc.

The breeder does not guarantee hair coat, size, weight, behaviour disorder, or dewclaw removal.

Buyer: agrees that if the puppy has been certified to have one of the hereditary diseases covered by this Guarantee, the breeder will be allowed to have the puppy checked by their vet. If both veterinarians agree, the buyer will receive a replacement puppy once the puppy is returned. When the puppy is returned, all veterinary medical records must be present for the Guarantee to be valid. If no puppies are available at this time, the breeder will give a puppy once one becomes available.

Buyer: understands that the breeder will have no financial responsibility for any testing, medication, vet visits, surgery or any other medical costs involved with the treatment of this puppy.

Buyer: understands that the breeder will not be responsible for any other conditions that the puppy may have or develop during its life cycle.

Buyer: understands that under no circumstances will a cash refund be given for any reason at any time.

Buyer: agrees to provide the following care of the puppy: safe housing, daily food and water, appropriate dog toys, exercise, loving home, and all vaccinations including distemper-hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, coronavirus and rabies. Until all the required vaccinations are given, the buyer will not take the puppy to public places such as pet stores, public parks, schools or any place where the puppy can become exposed to sickness or disease.

Buyer: agrees to spay/neuter the puppy within a year from the date of birth.

This puppy is not to be used for breeding under any circumstances. Any breeding, even accidental, voids this Guarantee.

Buyer: understands that there is no exchange policy. All sales are final.
